I hurt my lower back last year and let myself go real bad, ballooned up to 212. Pretty bad since im only 5'7. I have been back lifting as much as i can for the last two months and trying to eat better. I have lost ten pounds so far. I have also made strength gains, started my bench at 165 and i am currently at 225. I have started using myfitnesspal and was wondering what calorie range and macros would be suggested. I have read the stickies. Currently been trying to keep it around 1600 and just trying to hit atleast 190g protein.
