now mgn is the holy one.



I use myofusion and ON casien. Find whatever works for you. I was on Sam's Club EAS for all of last year cuz of the price ($30 for 76 servings). protein is protein man.

I absolutely love the taste of Dymatize whey. Probably my favorite, has the right macros for what I look for in Whey. I hear a lot of people loving Myofusion and ON as well.

Myofusion was great except I'm lactose intolerant and it seemed to make me fart like no other.

ON is probably my fav. Cheap, tastes good, good profile. I like how it has extra glutamine so that's one less supp I need to buy.

yeah man, im pretty jacked for my size but putting on weight is the biggest pain in the ass, i don't know if it's just my genectics like my matabolism or some **** but bulking up is extremely hard which is what brings me to this website asking for the best of the best you know.
