    Odd bicep split..and shoulder/tricep pain

WARNING: FARMERS TAN ALERT...yes I have a really bad farmers tan. I blame my job

I'll start with...my bicep. I'm not sure if it's an injury as it has never hurt...but it's always bothered me, and you'll see why...and I have yet to find someone who can tell me what's wrong with it, though I haven't seen a doctor. Health insurance is expensive.

Pictures will be of my left arm. unpumped it's only noticeable when my arm is against my body. During workouts its slowly becoming more and more noticeable away from my body. My bicep seems normal other than i'm getting a X in both my arms instead of a V and the front split they appear to have. It didn't occur during deadlifts as I've had this for over a year, and I've only been deadlifting maybe 6 months. Absolutely love them. Wish I had started them earlier.

Now to my tricep. Nothing out of the ordinary, just pain. Left arm, where it feels like the tricep inserts into the back deltoid, it hurts during certain stretches (most notably on the backend of arm circles(? no idea what they're called. when you rotate arms in circles), also when I'm warming up on bench, and during overhead and military presses (I've had to stop these altogether). Strangely enough, isolations on the triceps don't bother me, but I hate doing isolations. It started hurting after I had been doing weighted dips for a few months and I've attributed it to that. Any advice on what I should do? I found a picture online and used paint to point at where I feel the pain is coming from.

Long Post I'm sorry. Help/ideas/flame my farmers tan.

bump. I'm really curious if anyone has any idea why my bicep splits horizontally. Also, any idea to help out my triceps pain. Some exercises are just impossible. I can't do any variations on overhead press, and even squats hurt because of the way you have to hold the bar.

and I think I'm wrong about the location of the triceps pain. I think it's closer to where the 2 heads meet up at the shoulder, more so on the outer head. /sigh wish it would go away. I'm planning on seeing a chiropracter soon, but I know I need to see a doctor otherwise it might not go away. Any ideas? or not :|

    Bump

I'm curious about this too, my left bicep does that, and I have pain as well.
