1. Save money NOW! I cannot stress this issue more, this is the most important action you will ever take for yourself! I am very very serious. Every month set aside as much money as you can - you can start with as little as $10 or more if you can. This money will turn into sh!tloads of money within 30 years or so, I know most people in their 20's can't see that far a head, hell most of you can't think an hour a head, but trust me, you will thank me for the rest of your life if you do that.
Since you have such a long time to save, put ALL your money in to the stock market, buy an ETF (or MTF if you don't have enough for ETF) that follows the S&P500 or DOW JONES, and just keep pouring money into it every month. When you're about 40 years old, then you should start decreasing your investment in stocks, and start moving some of your money into more stable investments like govt. bonds. Eventually as you age, you either start spending your money or move it all to bonds.

If you put about $100 a month for saving based on the stock market, within 20 years you would turn that amount to about a $150K.

2. Don't be afraid of rejection! - Girls are whores. Fuk them and don't care for them. Don't mind all the bullsh!t about self confidence, no self confidence, whatfukingever, there are girls out there who like all sorts. If you get rejected move on - don't even give it a second thought. If you master this (which I didn't on time..) you will fuk so many girls your dick might fall off, and I'm serious (assuming you take care of yourself and try to put your best game on - i.e. don't be a filthy homeless and expect chicks to dig you).

3. Misc. drama's lasts 24-48hrs. Real life drama lasts up to 2 weeks, because that's the amount of time it takes people to beat a subject until they have nothing more to say about it, and move on to the next drama. If you don't believe me, go a head, step naked out of your house and start fapping, when you get back from jail ask people how long they were talking about you.

5. Women - revisited. Yes, girls are generally whores, BUT, one of them, is your special one, when you find that one, you make sure to treat her like a queen, and she will make you a king. This is no BS, treat your woman as a woman, not as the rest of the whores.

6. Go to school. No matter how dumb you are, make sure you get some sort of a college degree.

Agreed...DEBT is a mothaf-n killer. If you get in over your head in debt, it will take twice as long or longer to pay it off & it will be a black cloud over your head. (Still paying off debt from college)

- Find a mentor who is very successful in your field. Get them to tell you about the mistakes they made so you do not repeat them.

-NEVER marry a women who doesnt want to sex more than you do. Everyone one of my friends divorced because of cheating. Their wives wouldnt put out so they tagged some ho and lost half their junk.

- You marry the good parts and the bad parts of the person. You BETTER find out the bad parts before marriage and go in with your eyes wide open. Another words don’t walk into marriage only seeing what the person wants you to see. There IS bad stuff there and they are NEVER going to change. Most divorces happen because people simply have no idea who they are marrying.

- Put aside 6 months of cash reserve

-Think long and hard about having kids. Kids run train on your life and you are NOT promised a healthy one. Kids dont solve problems they create problems so never use having a kid as a solution to marriage problems.

-Find some way to give back. You are NEVER truly successful until you can help someone else.

Don't screw with drugs or alcohol, it will ruin your life if you overdo it.

Don't worry about getting into a top university. Unless you're studying law, engineering, or medicine, a college degree is just a foot in the door. Go to a reputable university, but don't spend tons of money on it unless you really know what you want to do and are willing to pay off debt. Don't underestimate community colleges for your first or second year of school. For the most part, you are getting your general credits out the way.

Stop fukking around and start working as soon as possible.

Network with people and maintain a good reputation with people that might help you land a job later in life.

Don't recommend deadbeat friends for jobs at your workplace.

You're young, but act like an adult, always. Unless you're on the misc.

I recommend everybody to buy some gold and Silver every month, even if its just a little, and stash it away. 5-10 years from now it will accumulate and you will have a nice savings that will have gained value as well.

-before you make a big purchase (whether it's a TV, car, house, engagement ring, etc..) THINK about it for AT LEAST 2 weeks. Where will it put you in a month? a year? 5 years? Consider ALL possibilities, good and bad, because nothing EVER goes as planned!!!!

-^^^ Pay cash for EVERYTHING (except a house) yes this includes vehicles. If you can't pay cash, you can't afford it. If you can't pay cash right away, suck it up for 4-6 months and save your ass off until you can. Trust me, it will be worth it.

- If you have extra money sitting around, SAVE and KNOCK OUT DEBT. SAVE at LEAST 1k for a rainy day fund. Need new tires for your car? pay it with the rainy day fund, then re-fund said fund. with the excess $$ coming in, knock out your lowest debt first, then once it's payed off, roll that over into the next lowest debt until that one is payed.

example:

100/month for credit card, you pay 200 to knock it off quicker.
while doing this, pay minumum on all other debts, we'll say 300/month for car is minimum
after CC payed off, use ALL 200 to pay off next lowest debt (car)
Now you're paying 500/month on your car which will knock off about a year and a half on a 5 year loan. when you start doing this, you WILL find more money to knock out debt, even if it's an extra 20-50 bucks here and there. IT ALL HELPS.

-Treat yourself, ONCE IN A WHILE. Do you really need to go out to the bar every night of every weekend? $5/beer at the bar x 10 beers + food can easily =$75+ per night. Have a couple friends over instead. $15/12 pack of beer, $10 for snacks = $25 bucks. Plus you'll probably have more fun in a quieter non-smoking atmosphere and not have to worry about a ride home or a taxi (another 20-30 bucks) or even worse a DUI (thousands of dollars)

my story. 23 bought a house out of college which I don't regret. Bought a car for ~10k which I do regret. Paying 200/month on something I don't really need. I would be perfectly fine with an older high mileage car that, you know, still goes from A to B like the one I have now. There are plenty of older gems out there, buy one. ALL cars will need repairs whether they are brand new or 10 years old. PLUS insurance on an older car is way cheaper 9/10 times.

I bought a TV on my credit card when I bought my house, again stupid. ended up paying about 150 on interest alone. doesn't sound like much but hell thats almost a car payment for me. it ALLLLLLLLLLL catches up in the end.

There's some key elements that make life better.

Money: It's been mentioned to save money, but I'm going to add some stuff about what to save money on.

1. Junk/Marketing gimmicks. Years ago flat screens were 10,000, then 5,000, and recently I got a 52" for 1200. I likely have a much better model than the people who paid 10k and I'm happy I saved the money. Is there yet another iphone coming out? Avoid it until iphones are so common that they're cheap and perfected. I want an eReader because I love to read, and I'll be buying one of those in like five years. So, the message is that you should only buy expensive things when you know they're at their best, and do not get them when they first hit the market.

2. Do not spend a lot of money one women you're dating. If she likes you for real, then you will enjoy going simple things. If she likes you for the fun, they you will spend a lot of money and when she gets bored, it will be over. I know that I've spend huge amounts of money on women who were a total waste and it was for nothing. When I met my future wife, we enjoyed doing nothing, she did not want me to spend money on her, and she was not a stimuli freak who needed constant entertainment. She also doea not want gifts, and that's why I enjoy getting her gifts on special occasions, she deserves them.

3. Think about your career and schooling. You have to be smart and ask yourself if you never make it to the top of your field, can I pay for school? What I mean is, will you make enough to pay your student loans back fairly quickly. I didn't think that I could because I work in public service, but recently the gov passed a public service loan forgiveness program, which can help me. There was a lot of stress before that though. So, unless you have a massive passion for your field, ask if you can earn enough for what you learned in school.

4. When you get a job and a find an apartment, don't get a bigger place than you need. Chances are that you will be working, eating, and sleeping there and that's it.

Substance Abuse:

1. Don't drink too much or do any drugs. By drinking too much I mean keep it to no alcohol or maybe three drinks on a Saturday. Drinking causes the body to "defat" and that makes you look old before your time. I look at least ten years younger than I am because I never got into the drinking as a habit, at least that's what I believe. However, I do enjoy a drink once in awhile, but I like to try imported and micobrews for the unique flavor, not as a means to bet drung. So, I'll go an enjoy a few beers like a would a meal.

Illegal drugs all have their pitfalls but mostly it's because they're hard on your body. Almost anyone I know who smokes pot of a regular basis is a moron, and that's because that drug makes you a moron. Morons are too stupid to know they're stupid and that's why they promote the drug as safe. You brain is the first and last thing you need in life and it should be guarded.

Speed is too hard on the body and in fact ages it, so avoid that. Heroin and so on is insane to use unless you're self-destructive. By the time you reach my age, few people are doing that stuff because they got this far by wanting to live.

Personal Actions:

Stress causes aging and poor health as cortisol (stress hormone) breaks you down. Also, your personal psychology can destroy you if you hate yourself.

1. Never do things that are the opposite of what you know to be good behavior. If you're an animal with no sense of humanity, then this won't bother you.

Some examples are, don't take a job as a used car salesman if you don't believe in cheating people, that is unless you know the used cars are great and a good deal. Do, no act in a vengeful manner toward others if you know that's wrong. You might want to key up your ex-girlfriend's car, but if that will make you feel like crap, then don't do it. If you do end up doing things against your character, then stop immediately and vow to not repeat the behavior.

You only have one life to life and you will be alone (with your thoughts) when you die, and the best way to be is to feel good about who you are.

Women:

1. The is much the same as the Personal Actions and stress section. Based on what you know is right and good behavior, pick a woman that meets with your standards. You might find a very pretty woman who you "put up with" because she's attractive, but secretly, you will not like her because she doesn't act in a manner you think acceptable. That will cause you stress and break you down.

Overall Goal:

The rich people say that the goal in life is to live the best and get the most toys. My belief is that you should live the best and have the most peace.
