There are loads of things marketed as such but I don't believe in any of them. THey're scams to take your money... there's not a whole lot you can do about excess skin. If it's stretched past a point it will not return. It's like trying to make a scar disappear after it's already developed... or rubbing a cream on to get rid of cellulite. It may work temporarily by some mechanism or another to some small degree but won't solve the problem.

If these products worked then I would sure hope they would develop a cure for heart failure because that's basically what happens to the heart...it stretches out and can no longer recoil back. Save your money

There are products you can buy (like creams) to make your skin tighter but they are basically the same thing as those anti-aging products for your face...they have ingredients that "work" when you use them but if you stopped it would go back to normal. Kind of like a push up bra and not a permanent boob job
Topical products with vitamin K are good for circulation I don't know if that would help... dammit I used to have a book about this stuff I wish I still had it...

Another thing, if you use a good lotion every day it really does improves the appearance/texture.
