Hi there, I was just wondering how much syntha 6 i should take daily.
I eat alot of protein (meats) and drink milk daily.
My goal is not to get bulky, but to just about 5-10pd of lean mass for martial arts.
I am currently 180pds...but eventually i will cut down to 175 near the end of june, and eventually 170 by august.
I am just scared that if i take too much protein scoops, my body wont use all of it (& the calories) and that it will just turn into fat.

2 at most. 1 shake when you wake up and 1 post workout. Syntha 6 has a lot of fat in it, so I wouldn't recommend taking it more than that.Proccor Head Rep.

It is calories that will make you fat, so count all the calories and maybe try and cut down on carbs and increase Protein intake. You will get way more benefits with a high protein diet. adding 4-6 scoops of whey would be a great way to get lean and build muscles. Watch out though some protein has a bit more carbs into it. Your protein supp of choice is more like an mrp ( great to have in morning or as an extra meal ). Optimal would be 2-4 grams of carbs per scoop if you already got your daily carb intake taken care of.

Def post workout, any other time.. protein supplements a meal so to say, so if you don't need to eat another meal, you don't need a scoop of protein. I eat 8 meals a day, but if I can't get 1 because I am not hungry, in a rush, etc. ill drink a protein shake instead.Team iForce Nutrition Representative & Competitive Bodybuilder
