Horny goat weed vs Maca for libido!

My libido is fine for the most part but I would like to give it a little boost, seem like its not as strong has its been in the past.

So which one would you guy go for?

Maca moderately helped with my libido. It has other benefits as well though, which is why I continue to take it.

maca has that lead in the pencil feeling horny weed is a little more subtle


maca is an adaptogen as well so if you train for high volume it will help you last

Maca is one of the best products I've taken for general health and libido. Any fans of horny goat weed may want to read the recent studies that show it has estrogenic activity. I can't link the forums but it's on the scientific discussion section of Thermolife's forums.

Like they mention in the thread, the dosage used was quite high but it is still something to take into consideration.
