    Keto Question

    So Im going to start Keto next monday, I have all my diets planned out, have all the vitamins ordered and here already, my question is about carbing up on the weekend vs a carb/whey shake after workout on friday, Any suggestions, or what worked for you?

    Im at 15% bf, im trying to get down to 10 or 8 at the most, if that matters.

    Your asking about your PWO shake prior to carb up day? I'm not sure what your asking can you please rephrase the question

    Do searches for "CKD" and "TKD". Which one works is different for everyone.

    I do CKD, because it worked better for me than TKD. :-)

    during your carb up you want to take it alot of carbs

    you can start your carb up on friday, with simple carbs after your workout and continue into saturday..so you can do both of those.

    some people also choose to do a shorter carb up and just eat a ton in a short amount of time

    Thanks, i guess this is what i was looking for

    Sorry first dude, I read some people have a shake ?, every day after workout with carbs in it and they dont carb up on the weekends..... didnt know wtf they were talking about
