So Im going to start Keto next monday, I have all my diets planned out, have all the vitamins ordered and here already, my question is about carbing up on the weekend vs a carb/whey shake after workout on friday, Any suggestions, or what worked for you?
Im at 15% bf, im trying to get down to 10 or 8 at the most, if that matters.
