I accidentally picked up 4 % cottage cheese today. I don't wanna throw it out but am fearing it's way too much fat will screw up my bulking. Is it okay to eat 4 %?

1) It really doesn't matter as long as it fits your daily macros.
2) Fat doesn't make you fat. It helps regulate hormones and regular body function. I hoep for your sake your getting AT LEAST .4g/lb BW a day.

Okay I'm new to this whole thing and didn'y know. I thought too much fat in a diet will make me gain bad fat. Here is what i had today:
Eggs (4)
Toast (2)
multivitamin
milk 2 % (2 cups)
fruit cocktail
Low fat Yogurt
Tuna in water
Fiber Bar
Carrots (3)
1 oz beef jerky
oatmeal (1 cup)
Banana (2)
spaghetti
milk 2 % (2 cups)
Boneless skinless chicken brest
V8 juice (1 cup)
and tonight will be having the 4 % cottage cheese (1/2 cup)

No, if you're bulking try the following.
+1g/lb BW protein
+.4-.5g/lb BW fat
+300-500cals over your daily maintenance (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm)
+get peltny of fiber, veggies, fruits, and "clean" foods if possible
+drink plenty of water
+get plenty of sleep
+get a solid workout routine
+STICK TO IT
+follow pre/post WO nutriton (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=3088)PRs - Sq / B / D / Total
