whats a good beginner workout plan? i was looking at starting strength and rippletoes but it looks so fuking boring, im thinking about giving westside for skinny bastards 3 a go, do you guys think this is a fine beginnner workout routine? recently i did a 4 day split for 2 months and now want to move to something else..

Starting strength
Rippetoes is geared for newbies building strength and mass quickly and effectively to prepare for harder lifts/routines
Westside 4 skinny bastards is just for people who are skinny, not neccessarily targeted at beginners, like rippetoes is.
Rippetoes is boring but if you give it all you got every set for all 5 sets of every exercise you'll get a great workout out of it and make rapid gains.
