good luck
If i were you id be hoping for a stacked 6+ person pro competition, the last thing id want would be to win my first pro show against a couple of old master pro's.
either way good luck to ya."All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act out their dream with open eyes, to make it possible."

All I have to say is.. hell yes. I needed something to draw me back to these boards and this is no doubt it. Following along is going to make me unbearably itchy to compete again hah

Subbed.
Im looking forward to seeing you have a real log again.Only if you reach the boundary will the boundary recede before you. And if you don't, if you confine your efforts, the boundary will shrink to accommodate itself to your efforts. And you can only expand your capacities by working to the very limit.

Yeah thats a great way to look at it! its so easy to get caught up with the weight/bf% numbers and get demotivated easy IMO. I tend to take notice of what i look like in the mirror to keep myself motivated rather than the scales.
Im certain you will go on stage shredded and hopefully by far the most conditioned out of the other competitors. Im a big fan of conditioning so hopefully when i step on stage next year (i plan to) ill be conditioned as hell with good size aswell. No point in having alot of mass if you not lean enough to show it properly.
Good luck with your up coming comps man, im sure youll destroy the shows with ease

Starting off LEAN, you have my full support man!
If there's any one skill that I've seen in champions- people who have really achieved their highest desires- it's an unbelievable level of persistence. They'll change their approach as necessary, but they won't abandon their ultimate vision.

Layne Norton: I've never added more than 12 lbs of muscle in a year and most years it was closer to 5 or less. But when you maintain that for over 10 years and you don't miss workouts, it's amazing what can happen
