Mom dying she hasn't told me

She has terminal illness for past 3 weeks. She has not told anyone and is not getting treatment. Maybe 1-3 month to live.

I'm not supposed to know this so I cant tell her I know.

Feels wierd she doesnt tell me otherwise I'd come see her and visit while she is still well enough to do so.

What should I do? Just leave her alone until shes dead as shes planning or just randomly visit her I live 10 hours away

Also I feel depressed she doesnt care to see me before she dies...? Not sure what to make of this

A terminal illness is a very complicated thing. My mum died nearly 2 years ago and I was living with her at the time and she decided to keep it as a secret for as long as she could. I knew something was up but she had a hospital appointment one day for blood tests and I turned up there without her knowing and sat down with her just chatting in general then a nurse comes over and says the tumour count in her blood levels are high or something like that and it’s getting worse. It turns out she already knew she was ill and was there a week before getting other tests done. I didn’t know about that until My auntie told me about it only a year ago and it turned out my mum was trying to protect me. She obviously had no clear idea of what her plans were going forward in regards to telling people so it could be a case of your mum doing the same. I don’t know how close you and your mum are but my mum and my auntie are all I had so I ensured I was there for every second I could be until she did pass so I wouldn’t be able to recommend what to do. If you have a good relationship with your mum and she loves you then I suggest you get out there and be with her. She might play the whole “no you have your own thing to do don’t worry about coming to see me” but my advice would be to ignore that. She may have a lot of pride and not want somebody to see her ill. As for the fact you don’t yet know then I dunno, I’d try and put it out there to her that you’re aware of the situation as soon as you can, things can turn very quickly with terminal illness.

If you are close and want to see her then go out and see her, you will regret it if you dont go.

Finally bv told me 1.5 months later. Says she doesn't want transplant.

Can I force her to purchase a portion of an impovershed Africans liver?
