    Dips question

ok, i run my split so its

    Chest/tris <- monday
    Back/Bis <- Tuesday
    Abs <- Wed
    Shoulders/forearms <- Thur
    Legs <- friday

now the problem is when i go into the gym i can do like 10-15 dips with just my body weight, however i have them further into my routine, so by the time i get to them I am drained and can only do 2, so i need to use some stupid assisted machine. Would i benefit if i moved this ahead of my bench presses, and would this lower my bench stats?

Alternate it so one session do them all together then the next one do them later and if you only get out 2 so be it. Do 1 more dip than previous session,.

i find it hard to believe that if ur able to do 15 good reps that u would be unable to do more than 2 after ur chest workout.

what does ur chest workout look like? sets/reps # of exercises.

I find that strange as well. I looked at the OPs stats and my bench press is only slightly higher than his yet after bench presses, close grip bench presses and overhead presses I can still do 10 reps with 10kg additional weight.

Prioritize your weakness or maybe switch it up every other week, so that one week you do Dips first and then the next week you do Bench Press first.

pull overs are just tiring ur tris before dips, drop them .try this

    flat BB/DB bench
    incline BB/DB bench
    flys

in that order, leave flys at the end so ur triceps get a break while u finish up with flys.
    then dips

Happens to me ALL the time, and I can do WAY more than 15 dips fresh. I can hardly do f*cking push-ups at the end of my chest routine.

OP, I would simply move up dips in your routine until you can do a reasonable amount, since you can't go "lower" than bodyweight unless you use the assisted machine, which is not a substitute.

You can "progress" by moving them down in your routine as your strength/endurance increases.

Sounds like you just need to build some more endurance. Why not try supersetting one or two of your workouts with the dips.
But that's just my opinion... Don't get all BUTTHURT if you don't like that opinion.

I wouldn't unless you are deliberately pre-exhausting your chest, which you don't want to do every workout. Have you considered having an all arm workout? When I was younger I worked out similar to what you are doing. Then I moved biceps and triceps to their own day and made a lot of strength and size gains.

Maybe move your ab day to Monday, leg day to Wednesday and have Friday be arms. That'd be my suggestion. That way you're still keeping the same split and equally working your muscles.
