My post workout shake contains:
1scoop whey
8oz milk
1/2 cup dry oats
1/2 banana
Do you think I should ditch the banana or the milk? I know the banana contains fructose ( no good for glycogen recovery). And milk contains lactose ( also a slow carb). Which of the two are the best in the shake? Or should I just keep it the way it is?

Yea thanks for the reply. I also believe preworkout meal is much more important than post workout. Mine is:
1.25 cups egg whites
1.5 oats cooked
8 oz milk
1/2 banana------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks. That's my post shake then have a solid meal with some fats about an afterwards.. Sometimes the bro science just gets to you too much.. Ya know
