    u are 5'10 130 lean... there are lots of guy who get to 5'10 180 lean in 1-2 years of training

    nothing hard to believe about that all


    I'm same height as u and I will be 5'10 200 lean in 2 months and I got that mass mostly in my first 2 years of lifting

    The guy i posted is 6'2 though. The picture of him isn't at 205 lbs, it's around 190-195. Also the picture you've posted is edited with photoshop; lighting etc.

    Thanks for the compliment actually, for someone claiming to be so smart and blaming a natural like myself that I juice, it feels good. Proves that you're dumb and you have it lodged in your head that you can only gain xxx amounts of mass in xxx amount of time without the use of drugs.     newbie gains are awesome dude, when I started I gained 30lbs+ in less than a year, your body adjusts fast and adds water rapidly

    eating right in large calorie amount and training can do wonders, if yoiu are a super ecto buy a weight gainer or at least muscle milk

    I started at 110 -120, reached 195, then stopped working out due to sickness and became 165 lbs

    I came back few months ago to lifting and I'm 185 now and gaining weight soon to 195 in my bulk

    U r 17, your weight is 216lb@12bf and your arms measure @ 18.2inch (if to believe the stats) and you claim that you "natural".

    Do you at least have ANY idea of the REALITY of bodybuilding and a statistic possibility to be that height, that age and have these stats?

    For **** sake, who are you trying to fool here? Talking **** like that to ppl who understand bb'ing at least a bit you come out as a biggest tool.

    I don't even want to go into the details, but you know very well that you are full of ****.
    There are 17yos who at least have some common sense to put lies in a more believeable way and you are just plain stupid.

    Man, I know more than PTs when it comes to training and nutrition. It is more than possible, that's why I did it, and without drugs. Do you understand that I'm eating day in day out, don't party (I do sometimes when bulking), don't smoke weed/cigs, don't drink, training with full intensity and actual proper training not just doing what ever.

    Why would a 17 year old take steroids, then risk hugeee complications when he is in his mid 20's. Just get it in your head, I'm not a bullsh!tter, I'm 100% natural, and I am most likely twice as dedicated as you are.

    Now ask me for any help that you need and I'm pretty sure I can help you out a ton

    So all in all, you failed hard for 10 years worth of training. Look at Josh Hyaduck for example, look at what he's accomplished through 10 years, and look at yourself.     if you view my progress pictures, you can see gaining 40-50 lbs of LBM is a very doable thing over a span of say 5 years.

    i started lifting at 135 lbs and was a virgin.

    i am now 210 lbs with comprable bodyfat% (calipers in HS said 12% i know, calipers, but still a good reference point in terms of wether i gained/lost any bodyfat, irregardless of whether or not calipers are accurate)

    my initial bench, starting out in high school was 95 lbs x 7 or 8ish

    I ripped off a set of bench last week, 305 x 2 and have hit 335 before...

    Im for all intents and purposes ''natural'', i used chit like 6 oxo and novedex XT all the stupid crap... but ive gained most of my weight from protein, eating, sleeping, and banging the shyt out of women. (ive raw dogged 30 women).

    ive never missed more than 1 week from training and have made it in at least 4 times a week for the last 7 years.

    i know i dont look that amazing or anything but i use to be a skinny piece of shyt.

    Your opinion doesn't affect my training, I never touched a single steroid and I'm against the use of anabolics, and that's why I choose the route to compete in natural tested events. Guys like Jim Cordova and Josh Hyaduck inspire me.

    and to OP yes it is realistic. At 18 i was 5ft11 160lbs, didnt start working out seriously till 19. Im now 2 years later 5ft11 200lbs

    40lb gain and i was 8.3% BF at 18 and im now around 11% with the 40lb gain

    In July i was at about 155, currently at 193. I got 2.5 more months to do about 10lbs. and ive been gaining at 1lb per week. So im right on sched or a little behind.

    Don't give up man, I went from 140 to 165 in less than 6 weeks. Check the pictures in my bodyspace. I know everyone will say it's not possible, blablabla, well it happened, and I have witnesses that saw it all happening day by day. And for those who will say ya it was fat you gained, again check out the pics. My body fat stayed exactly the same, which was about 9%.

    Eat 3500 calories a day, 200 grams of protein, right amount of carbs, lift like your life depended on it (my trick is to picture someone breaking into my house and wanting to hurt my family, believe me man it makes you push like an animal), use proper form, SLEEP and repeat.

    I was always the skinny kid. I only succeeded in gaining mass when I SERIOUSLY committed to doing so.

    So I say....DO IT!
