    Back picture - 17/04/10

    Wanna try and bulk up this back, I did a heavy lat and delt workout today

    I do 50kg barbell rows for my lats, 4x10 sets

    Any advice for delts? I already do 12kg Lateral Raises and 105lbs on the pec dec (reverse fly)

    for delts try these three basic movements. start of light till you know your body more.

    lateral raise
    face pulls, make sure to pull above your forehead
    military press, seated or standing, but seated isolates better imo

    can also try front raises, hammer grip or slight supinated.

    Weight obviously depends on what you can lift... Just go with whatever feels good for the rep range; 3x5 on the smaller muscle groups is what I'm normally doing.

    i was doing 4 sets for every exercise on my shoulders and i thought maybe it was to much since i worked them on chest/back to. so i dropped em down to 3 sets and i started seeing better results
