cottage cheese and eggs I pretty much have every morning since you can do a million different things with them it never gets boring..

to be honest, breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and each successive meal should be lower in caloric content throughout the day. its the meal to intake most of your carbs and slow release proteins. so should be more concious about getting enough carbs in the morning.
omellete with cottage cheese and carb source (brown rice, pasta, wholemeal/wholegrain/rye bread) and tuna/chicken
oatmeal with added seeds and grains (chia, LSA mix, almonds, mixed nuts, etc)
play around with those ingredientsMind over Matter
