    Pre and Post that does not require empty stomach

    Looking for a pre work out supplement and post workout recovery that dont require an empty stomach. Im trying to put on weight so I never have an empty stomach.

    nothing requires an empty stomach they just work best that way. And the fact that all pre.posts are all the same product in just a diffrent way your not going to find any diffrent

    If you have an empty stomach, things like caffeine will just be more apparent sooner.

    Am i the only person that doesn't like the instant surge of energy?

    I usually take my preworkout immediately before i workout.

    Then as I'm lifing hard and getting worn out, the energy starts to kick in for the rest of my workout and into my cardio, ideally tapering off at the end.

    I'd rather not be all jacked up when walking into the gym. No need to be ragin' out when doing a warm-up and stretching
