stupid ****ing idea. Brb chest and shoulders individually for over one year. Now I can't even do shoulders

Nah dont post in the log anymore, just update my sig every once in a while with PRs.
Something I tried with weighted pullups was to do 1 or 2 warmup sets of BWx5, then 5x5 weighted pullups with same weight each set, then every week increase the total weight by 2.5-5lbs. I started at +15@170 5x5 (185 Total Weight), and 4 weeks later im at +27.5@175 5x5 (202.5 Total Weight) Its been working pretty good for me since my chinups were stalled forever before that.

thanks dawg, im expecting some good stuff at this meet. but my dead suffers so muuucchh from squatting first its gonna suck son.
thanks dawg oh lawd at the beginning i just ate pretty clean whole wheat bread,fruits,red/lean meats dairy protein powders etc, just upped my carbs till 2.5g-3g perlb of bw and protein around 1.25g per lb of bw. just gained around a 1lb per week. eventually went full retard and just ate pizza 24/7. dont do that though lol. just keep gaining at a steady pace and youll pack on some meat!!NGBB

i was thinking acouple sets of triples maybe, or workup to 1 heavy set of triple/double/single . dont know which one.
and then maybe some 3-4x10-12 on seated db, then laterals done.
