Post Coming back after a shoulder injury

Hey so I just got back from a pretty serious shoulder injury in my front delt, no idea what it was neither did my doc he just told me to rest, now im back after 4 weeks and did really light back and shoulders and I didnt any pain maybe a little discomfort on the shoulder press and my shoulder clicks raising it, i also feel like my shoulder is tight/stiffness. Should I rest some more or should I just train with light weights?

If your doc isn't an Orthopedic Surgeon go see one (or an Orthopedic Urgent Care Facility) to get a proper assessment, then go from there. Take a look at a "Throwers 10" program. Typically used for baseball pitcher AC/RC/Scap/Labrum rehab it's good for all overhead athletes and pretty good for general shoulder health. Do that for a week or two and then try lifting again.

you should be focusing on form before weight on every single exercise.
drop the weight; you shouldn't feel discomfort in a painful way
