    No like you're just sitting there and they start twitching. It happens with peoples eyes a lot. This muscle in my back has been twitching for like 5 minutes.

    Dont know always thought it was my veins had one it my lip earlier so dont think it was a muscle twitch but get them under my eye and in my arms all the time

    theyre called muscle spasms and i get them alot arfter/during my workouts when im taking a preworkout like superpump 250. no idea why though lol

    AP Biology teacher (phD, teaching for like almost 30 years) says we (growing humans) basically have entirely new cells with the original ones dead after only 11 years, so all the cells you had at first in your body died. that's a sh*tload of cells, like easily in the billions, so you'd be twitching nonstop
