Ending up doing some legs and cardio
For legs...I did not write down or count 1 single thing. I just went in and started doing work
When my mind said go...I went..and when my mind said stop..I stopped
All I know is that I did 5 Quad exercises and 5 Ham exercises. and performed cardio right after.

That's one heck of a transformation in 7 weeks! Would you mind telling us what kind of caloric deficit and cardio got you in this condition? I'd ask for exact macros but I know you like to keep your secrets.... I'm just curious, because the majority of people suggest small incremental cuts to the calories each week to keep fat loss progressing, and I remember you said that you had a depletion week. Just curious as to your thoughts on this.

If you are talking about After the binge..I pretty much Panicked and i decided to Lower all 3 of the Big Boys..Pro..carbs FAts...BIG TIME.. This is not something one should do..I just panicked and did this.I would only normally limit carbs after such a binge..but after losing it..I cut em all. I reduced my fats literally by half and pro about 50 gr for a span.i did incur Muscle lost ...but i took the good with the bad.good thing i had a decent amount to spare....before the binge it was of course small incremental changes ALL THE TIME

today I was in th gym WAY TOO LONG. Im talking like a 4 hr time frame. Mostly given out a few pointers left and right constantly..as well as supps of choice etc etc. I go thru this DAILY
Im going to have to whip out the headphones start coming soon as I got to get my focus down packed
I did Shoulders and Arms hypertrophy Today....My arms imo have really taken off so far during this ride..as for years this was a lagging part..I am kinda proud of the improvement in those der guns..just got to up the ante in others to make a good impact on the stage fore-front when time arrives.
I aint posting no w/o numbas oe exercises.... SO DONT ASK..

Nothing much to report except the fact that I believe I am on the mend. Need to step it up in some areas as the fatigue factor has been setting in. Just trying to build back up upon what i sacrificed from the binge believe it or not..I believe I am doing a good job as I am trying to get back where I left off
Im playing the time factor and the waiting game of sorts
Always a good time working out in a new place trying out diff apparatus
around these select times I would get leaner...but also would be the time the injury bug would come into play with the groin., back etc..weight had to be reduced..but imo...so was my size! in some areas that is

Delts..I would recover from 1 but NOT from the other..as I made 2 too many grabs at the cookie jar..now im playing the catch up game

As I sat here today..and kept reading responses within the last couple days at my 2 sites..I think I may have UNINTENTIONALLY confused some.
so let me set the record sr8 on a few things as for as what is going on etc
1...I did cut off-season short and had eyes on a return to the stage. Till I binged anyway.. Though things do change with me at ANY time.
2. I am NOT contest prepping for Worlds at this time.(may not even make it)
3..The week pics that are currently shown are from after the binge...THE 1ST ONE( Remember.... I said i binged 2x) ....the 2nd binge was where I REGRESSED BIG TIME...Prob knocked me out of any possible contention for shows..but im working on it
So YES..I am doing a ton better..and I got it back together After the !ST Binge...The 2nd One ...diff story....I have rebounded quite nicely though..but it has taken me WEEKS to undo the 2nd binge damage..I actually looked better before the 1st binge than present..but i am def on my way back up and will cont to keep improving and will keep it clean...for now that is. lol
So hope this clears up a few things that people may have had confusions with"Shadow X-Factor"

Alright, well...after the first round...you were still looking good. And while I don't disagree that sometimes pics can not replicate reality in person....I have a feeling the pics weren't lying to a great degree. Lighting or not.

Dont worry so much about that. EAT RIGHT, gain a lot of muscle and strength which in turn will increase your metabolism so your body will need more calories as fuel. This will keep fat slowly burning. Just live the bodybuilding lifestyle ~ Rubicon

OH OO!..Despite what I have done.For years before BB.I was eating lots of organic foods and so forth... very little junk and couldnt gain a lb..it wasnt till I started a cut..that i started to binge and go all out
You are the BESTEST..Should i make History this year WE are gonna go on a COLDSTONE binge as a celebration..
I know iknow.i will say though. that when i go on a diet..it is very Hardcore.(well to me it is)..as i lock down on the grind just like my workouts.
eating like that has its pitfalls obv. and i usually regress alot in the DAYS to come. ..so i have to work EXTRA EXTRA harder to get back into shape,,,you would think that i would learn so i would not have to work that hard when prep comes around..but i have a hard head. Till I learn to control myself in its full entirety..I will never know my full potential..I am giving it a go now though.
