    Beast Mode Training Results Thread

    I am starting to collect results from my clients and will post them here.

    Client #1
    Starting Lifts:
    Bench = 225 X 6
    Squat = 365 X 5
    Deadlift = 425 X 6

    After 20 weeks:
    Bench = 315 X 2 (+90 lbs)
    Squat = 455 x 3 (+90 lbs)
    Deadlift = 475 X 5 (+50 lbs)

    All of this was done while increasing his calories and getting leaner!

    Congrats on your gains!

    I have a ton more results but haven't posted them here. The first guy followed a program I designed and has since then completed additional programs from me and recently hit 560 on deads.

    One thing one must remember in seeing results like this is that no two people respond in exactly the same way to the same routine. And different people have different goals. The thing about working with an experienced personal trainer is he can help you fine-tune a workout to your body. Right, Beast?
