    Oats with sugar and cinnamon

I am trying to like them. I tried mixing them with peanut butter and hated it. I can tolerate them hell almost enjoy them mixing them with cinnamon sugar mixture. I am not very excited about mixing them with sugar but it is the ONLY sugar I eat aside from a VERY clean diet.. Safe or should I find something else to mix in my oats?

Side note: I have the extra spare tire I am having a hell of a time getting rid of so the sugar worries me.

honestly if you dont like oats i doubt you can find anything to make them taste better. i usually just go with stevia and cinnamon or some cocoa powder. if you dont like them then dont eat them but there are tons of different things to mix em with. just gotta experiment and find what works for you

Try putting the oats, cinnamon, and sugar in a nonstick and stir once the sugar starts melting so you end up with little bunches of sweet caramelized goodness. Add milk just like any cold cereal and eat up.
