Anyone have thoughts on this stuff or have tried this yogurt and know what it tastes like? I have been eating stonyfield farms plain yogurt for a while now but have just stumbled across this greek yogurt on their website. I think im going to switch to this stuff because i did a compare and saw that the greek stuff has 23 grams of protein in only a 8 ounce serving while the regular yogurt has just 10 grams of protein in the same 8 ounce serving size. Also, the greek stuff has less sugar too. I thought the regular yogurt from this company was a great thing, now this greek stuff blows it out of the water. Any thoughts?

I usually eat greek yogurt with Kashi cereal in the morning, and I enjoy the taste. I have tried a few different brands, they all taste similar.
Greek yogurt is thicker than regular yogurt, and I think plain greek yogurt tastes better than regular plain yogurt.
Take it for what it's worth though, I lived in Greece for awhile and had it for breakfast every morning. The first few times I tried it, I thought it was sour, but it grew on me. Mixing other things with it, like fruit, helps if you think it is too sour.“I count him braver who conquers his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is the victory over self.” -Aristotle

Too good to be true? Well, sort of I suppose, because as others have mentioned, it doesn't tast all that great by itself. However, add stuff to it and you're all set. I like to add 1 scoop of vanilla whey as well as some cinnamon to it (I eat the 16oz. tub). That comes out to 380 cal, 69g protein, and 21g carb. Pretty nice breakdown, and very filling. If I want to add in some more carbs, I just throw in oats and it tastes even better.

This one has a bit more of a tangy kick than some of the other brands (chobani, fa ge, brown cow). It doesn't bother me, but if you want something milder, you could try one of the others. I usually eat a 5ish oz container each morning as part of my breakfast. Has around 15g of protein and only 80 or so cals.
lol that you can't type fa-ge all as one word because of the censor (the real brand has no dash in the middle)Who was this love of yours?

If I remember correctly, Chobani and Brown Cow are significantly cheaper than Stonyfield and fa ge. For 16oz. tubs, Chobani is $2.59 and Brown Cow is similar (definitely sub $3). Stonyfield and fa ge I want to say cost $4.39 for a 16oz. tub. These are the prices in the supermarket I go to (I'm in New Hampshire), but I'm sure it may vary.
As for me, I eat Chobani now. I originally started getting it because it was cheaper, but now I also think it's the best tasting (at least over Brown Cow and Stonyfield; I still haven't tried fa ge).
