    Change Workout Week to Week

    Does anybody else change their workout from week to week? Meaning, never do the same exercises in the same order back to back to back weeks. Is this bad and should I stay with the same workout for a month or so and then change it up?

    It's definitely crap if you have no idea what weight you used the last time and eventually fail to increase weights at all the times you end up doing the same exercise / don't progress at all.

    If you keep track at it and do some progression then I don't know =P
