My greatest inspiration is my own self. Not trying to sound too conceded, but I did not idolize anyone else. It was only when I attained personally goals did my confidence grow in myself. I'm not saying don't look up to someone else, but don't forget to believe and have faith in yourself.

I'm depressed because I have testicular cancer and currently from latest tests infertile (0 sperm). People tell me that I can always adopt. I get so angry when I hear this.
Anyone here have adoption experience? Everything I have heard has been a complete disaster.Deadlift 520lbs

Dont drink on Pristiq - it will **** your **** up
Exercise will make you feel good, so will seeing your friends. Even though it feels like the last thing you want to do, it is worth it.
write it down and distract yourself with hard work.
Think about starting a garden, learning to cook, reading, writing or some other hobby aside from miscin and lifting.
Always feel free to talk to someone, even me if that's what it comes to.
This is just how I have dealt with some of it, and remember everything comes down to who you want to be and whether you want to fight or not.

Any tips to stay motivated so that i can actually achieve my goal? For example I want to improve my stamina, I run 5 days in a week and take 2 days rest, next week I don't feel like running anymore, all my motivation just disappears... so weird
Sometimes I want to do something so bad but my mind plays tricks on me and I don't. I come up with so many reasons not to and I end up not doing what I wanted to do

Take it from someone who runs a lot, it isn't the only way to improve "stamina". You can do cycling, running, swimming, skipping, boxing, circuits, ball sports and heaps of other stuff. Find the ones you like most and go for it. With running, getting out the door is the hardest part. I just turn the mind off until I run the first few steps and good to go.

How do you get over the fact that there are people your age who seem to have a lot of what you desire in life? It makes me depressed knowing I don't have what they have.
There's this guy who is my age I've seen that goes to my school, and I've seen him walking around school and I've seen his ******** profile. Physically, this guy is pretty much a taller (4-5 inches taller), better looking version of me. He's more built than me (bigger muscles), dresses better than me, has natural golden coloured eyes which girls swoon over, deep voice, is athletic and has a lot of friends. On ********, for example, I only have 50 friends, which is quite low, while he has 850.
Also, as a side note, there's this girl who I've made eye contact with, like on 4 separate different occasions, and I'm pretty sure she's at least somewhat interested in me. I'm useless with women though so the thought of talking to her is not going to happen. I've ******** stalked this girl somewhat (I'm a creep, I know), and I notice this guy just became friends with this girl. She'll probably not even give a **** about me anymore if our paths ever crossed. For all I know this girl I've been crushing on and this guy I've been jealous of have hooked up, and it sucks thinking about it.
I'm sure you guys think I'm pathetic/whiny, and there are people here with real and more serious problems, but honestly I've been feeling very down about life as of late knowing this guy is living my ideal life, and he's my age. Makes me depressed to think that I won't ever match up to this guy, anyone else ever feel this way? How can I get over this?

Let's say you went and got a lottery ticket tonight shortly before the draw. You go about your business and misc. As you're about to go to sleep, you remember your ticket and decide to look up the results. 1st number matches... 2nd number matches... 3rd number matches... By this point, you're ****ting bricks. 4th number matches.........
You look at the 5th number; it matches....
Bam, you're a multi-millionaire. Now, at the moment you realize you just won the lottery, do you think you would remember the guy or the girl you posted in this thread?
I know it's a big leap winning the lottery, but the principle of your mindset is still relevent. The problem is, you're living in your past and future, not your present. In your past because you reflect how many chances you have had that you missed and in your future because you continue to fill your mind with future scenarios.
Live in the present, brah. That means going along with emotions you feel like in the moment.

I don't think you're pathetic and whiny. I do however think you're not giving yourself enough credit, and not accepting yourself for who you are right now.
I went through the same thing, I know a friend my age that owns her own home free n' clear (i'm renting) has almost 1/2 mil in the bank serious (and that's just savings, not counting stocks, pension, IRA's, checking accts, etc) I have NOWHERE NEAR this
I have no one to blame but me. She worked hard for years to get where she is and I pissed around partying it up. Now i'm playing catchup and saving double duty just to get halfway to where she is now.
It may be my fault, but it is also my responsibility to do the best I can for myself with what's left. So i've learned to accept the way my life turned out so far, because there is nothing I can do about the past that led up to my circumstances right at this moment. I CAN, however, take steps to ensure my future turns out better.
I know it's corny, but you really are in charge of how your life turns out. You can read self-help books, counseling, tips on how to talk to women and gain confidence, etc....20+, you better ask somebody....
