How much of this is useful to provide the insulin like capabilities studies have shown? In terms of milligrams of parts per million? I also see it's in Sizeon, but dont know how much...

I can tell you that if you tried figuring out the human dosing based on the BSA method it's grossly wrong. While I'd like to you the dosing protocol, you'll have to read our patent app when it's published unfortunately.

Gaspari is the only company using the pure compound in sports nutrition products and it is not effective in mcg doses. It acts completely different in the body than transresveratrol and in all honesty, is superior in terms of "effects" that are beneficial to bodybuilders concerned with building mass.

Ok I was talking in terms for its anti-aging, anti-cancer and so forth claims. I figured other companies will use it in there products for that even though they claim 50-100mg,+ doses.
It did seem to work nicely on rats, lowering their blood glucose levels.Hopefully it works out well in humans....I am sure it will.
The LEF product uses (500 micrograms) is equivalent to over 20 cups of blueberries, lol I wonder what the dose you guys equals too. Side note last I planted 4 blueberry bushes and can't wait for them to bloom. Might take a couple of years to bloom a good amount thoughLast edited by Achilles_1986; 04-07-2010 at 08:55 AM.

Not right now. I dont know what Dan included in his patent and what he didnt.
Ive said a few times that I think Res needs other constituents found in the plant to help it work at optimal levels. I think over extraction to get a high % of Res makes it less effective then using a low % extract. Everyone sees all these health benefits from 1 or 2 glasses of red wine, the res content in that is very low so obviously there are other contributing factors.Matt Cahill

I wish i had more of it to mess around with for prolonged use rather than the small amount i got for acute usage.

Would this suggest Pterostilbene would NOT be as useful for those that are not diabetic?
