hope i can post here, i didnt know where else to
i bulked for 10 months and grew over a inch taller! what the Ffck? i was just under 5'9" since 14 and stayed the same up untill i bulked. now im over 5' 10". can anyone please tell my why?

Perhaps better posture from correct lifting. Which would mean the weights did not help you grow taller but helped you get the most out of what you already had

sometimes men grow slowly till mid 20s. iv always been about 5'9" ish but after my last checkup im about an inch taller =)

Believe it or not, your story is anatomically possible...
Research has found that the high intensity work out can improve the levels of Human Growth Hormone in your blood. Not to mention that the #1 proven way to grow taller naturally is stretching and many work outs stretch your body as well. Being at an age where you are still growing in the first place, you are especially susceptible to this happening.
So putting the working out w/ the stretching motions and your age together, I'd say you could even have a little more to come in the future~!
