Any thoughts on Farmers Union Greek Style Yoghurt?

Found this tub. Read that yoghurt's good on a cut.

I take 1 table spoon with half a scoop of casein for meals 2 and 4 (1,3,5 being breakfast lunch and dinner)

so thats 2 table spoons a day and i also use this to marinade my tuna and chicken breasts.

What are your thoughts on this?

Ingredients: Skim Milk, Cream, Milk Solids, Non fat, live yoghurt cultures:S.Thermophilus & L.Bulgaricus.

    This is the nutrition info.

Doesn't look good, get fat free instead. The ratio of Carbs to Protein also doesn't seem right for true greek yogurt.

Try Oikos Greek Yogurt, or Brown Cow Greek Yogurt.

    Not plain greek yoghurt.

All greek yoghurt is yoghurt that has been strained w/ a cloth. It gives it a different consistency/slightly different taste.
