Hey i just recently dropped about 30 pounds went from 5 11 and 218 down to 190. I wanna lost about another 10lbs and theres 2 target areas i need to lose some fat and its my sides and lower stomach. I do cardio 5 days a week and lift about 5 days a week, my diet is clean and im taken CLA,fish oils, mega men sport, and 100% whey. Is there any exercises i can do for my sides or lower abs to get rid of the fat or should i jsut keep doing cardio and waiting?

Well its said quite alot that you can spot reduce(lose fat in a ceratin area) so your gonna just have to keep being persistent. Im not to sure about the amout of cardio your doing im sure its fine but i would reccomend that you lift wegiths and do cardio a few hours apart. Try having 1 cheat meal. Sometimes a small cheat is what gets me past a plateau but i dont think it works for everyone. Just try chaging something in your routine and it might help your body start losing fat again. Anyway keep up the good work and i hope you get back on the weight loss path very soon.
Im not big boned im just fat

i don't think it's necessary. The best ways to overcome a plateau are to change your weights workout or add in new exercises. In terms of cardio change the machines you're using, change your intenstiy, change the length of time, change your cardio days. In terms of diet try upping cals for a few days then take them back down or try calorie cycling eg: 3 low days, 1 high day (above maintenance), 3 low, 1 high. Also make sure your cals are only 200-300 below maintenance for low days.
