I get pain here when squatting? (pic included) what tendon/muscle is this?

I did pause squats yesterday 3x5 on my last rep at bottom position i felt something move and I felt pain at the bottom position (not sharp, more spread out) so I just squatted it back up. I moved my knees around for a min and it was gone so I did box squats 3x5 and it was good, no problem, Then I tried low bar with a bar (friend suggested I start doing low bar so I should practice technique) but I felt it again so I stopped my leg workout there.

This has happened, but only for like one rep in a leg day, and usually I'd just give it 30 sec and it would go away. This time though it was pretty bad and I think I kinda feel it when my leg is straight when I walk.

Here's a pic. I just want to know what tendon/muscle it is so I can heal it. From looking at knee diagrams it could be it band or quad tendon but idk.

BOth pics are of my right knee. That's where I feel it.

Looks like the insertion of the I.T Band (Tensor Fasciae Latae) which inserts to that exact point so could be a slight strain. Try some myofascial release between the knee joint and hip, pausing on tight areas. Also general stretches/rest.

It's amazing what a bit of mobility can do. Before when squatting my entire right quad felt as if it was glued together (muscle adhesion), no pain but but felt very 'tight' but after doing mobility work (look up 'agile 8') and foam rolling everywhere it honestly felt as if someone had oiled my joints/muscles. Sitting back in the squat felt wonderful.
