Nothing special I know, but a huge difference. Almost to where I want to be for Summer, then when Fall comes it will finally be time to focus on packing on good weight. Feels good man

Well I've actually tried upping the calories and doing a clean bulk a few times, but both times the first thing that started getting bigger was my gut, and it wasn't going so hot. I was eating really clean, and not even a whole lot more, but I was packing on fat fast.
So I just said fk it I will try to get ripped for the summer and then do it during fall/winter since it won't matter when I have hoodies/coats on.
I've never been lean. Where I am at now is the most lean I've ever been. It's super hard for me to lose weight but I gain it back really fast. My diet has to be one hundred percent or the pounds aren't going anywhere haha. That part feels bad man535 deadlift.

Yeah the chest is what I'm focusing on right now. I just got to where I can bb bench last week, because I injured my shoulder in December. I've lost so much strength since then it's crazy. I had to take about a month off, and even after that I wasn't able to do most exercises without it killing me. I knew if I didn't lay off it would just get worse. I'm never doing dips again though!535 deadlift.

I love the Orange Triad tbh. I get tendonitis really bad every now and then and it helps to keep it away. That's actually why I have on the elbow sleeve in the pic because lately (after going rock climbing) my elbow has been acting up again. But I've gone through about 4 bottles of it, would recommend to everyone.
And thanks everyone!535 deadlift.

Lol the way it looks in the second picture (now) is just because I rolled out of bed and hit the gym, got sweaty, etc. It's actually really short and maintained. Need to shave it off again though, that makes life so much easier when you don't have to mess with hair.535 deadlift.

Oh and I noticed I forgot to mention in the OP, there is about a 40lb difference between the pics.
I am about 156 now. Yeah yeah, I know.....trust me, I hate saying I am 156, but at the same time it will be nice being able to take my shirt off for the pool! I'll prob shoot to put on a good 20lbs after summer is over.
Yeah bro, thats the one535 deadlift.
