Bodybuilders train for 4-5 hours everyday man. Also did you know even though they are huge, they are all extremely weak. They do the same weight you do.

That's because they are fed a daily dose of bullsh*t by commercials telling them that crunches will automatically make the fat around the gut go away and make their abs pop out even if they weigh 400 lbs.
Just look at those BS Bowflex ads. Working out for 20 minutes a day for 3 days a week will make you look like Greg Plitt in less than a month. People buy into this sh*t because:
#1. They are ignorant.
#2. They don't want to put forth the effort required to look like Plitt.
#3. They are very gullible (caused by #1).
