coming into springfield from the east, my gym is on that main road. i can get a couple guest passes but they dont do a daily fee or anything
my diet isnt really spot on like it was in my BB days, but its pretty much high protein, low carb. im gonna try not to cheat for a few weeks, since thats what seems to bring me down the worst. ive been hitting the gym at 0530 before work every day, to get it all out of the way so i can do **** after work
the plan, for a few weeks is...
mon: chest/tris
tues: shoulders/bis/abs
wed: cardio
thurs: chest/tris
fri: shoulders/bis/abs
sat: back/DL
my chest really needs alot of work, since i havent done ANY chest moves in my westside training, and i wouldnt mind bringing my shoulders back up to where they once were. i figure attacking them both 2x weekly for a little while should shock everything back into shape
BTW, was 265 last week, am already down to 257550/485/575 1610 @ 263 raw

heres the thing. i was planning on doing my hams and back with the DL day, but i was short on time, and that routine kicked my ass right out of the gate, so im gonna have a seperate back/ham day. ill probably squat a little, but not too much. and even with westside, i never worked any quad exercises, just hams

week 1 05.22.10
no video today, i was helping my wife with her DL form, and we were short on time anyway, so i just went in and got after it. this routine kicked my ass!
445 4x4
505 2x2
445 8+ (i only got 5)
week 2 is just a repeat of week 1, and then you start adding weight. i really hope i can get that 8+ next week, but i was fried after so many reps this time around... its alot different than the singles and doubles of westside BB
body weight this morning - 252
thats a good 12lbs down from last week before i started my diet. i love how the first week's water weight loss is so drastic550/485/575 1610 @ 263 raw
