    Thank you for the kind words!

    Get my keto "products" from? You mean my supplements or food? Supps I buy from BB.com or swansons. If you mean my meal plan, I buy stuff at the grocery store...on keto though, you just have to have a meal plan laid out.

    Do you know much about keto? Its principles? How it works? I would be more than happy to point you in the right direction and answer questions for you.

    I honestly have no clue where to start. I am actually starting my diet today. I had a bowl of special k with skim milk for dinner last night. So I have no clue what I'm doing. Also I suck at cooking.

    Erm.............you cant use Special K and milk on Keto, Im afraid. Read the stickies for more info. Special K and milk are too high in carbs, which is what you are trying to avoid. Max 20g carbs per day UNLESS you are doing a carb up.

    Yo MTFX,

    Thanks for checking out the start of my KETO log and the advice. Looks like you are doing a great job so far! Love to see all the people in here following. I will also be keeping daily track of mine so any other help/advise will be appreciated. I will be starting officially on the 15th so it is coming.

    How is your energy now? How are your lifts and strength?

    Keep it up bro!
    "500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are."

    Day 42 - Week 5

    Last night, after my depletion workout...I was SOOO bad...a slice of german chocolate cake and a small bowl of weaties fuel...but it was epic.

    Note :: I dont take ketocuts on carb up days...so none today.

    Breakfast ::
    2 oatmeal apple pancakes with REAL syrup, and one slice of french toast.

    Lunch ::
    Chicken enchillada (homemade...from GF...they are epic)

    Snack ::
    1 pancake, 1 piece french toast

    Dinner ::
    Another chicken enchillada...EFFING NOM!!!

    Desert ::
    Went to the GFs and had a small bowl of ice cream, with her sharing...made it easier and when I got home, 1 bowl of wheaties fuel before bed.

    All in all, a heavy carb load IMO

    It was pretty amazing, im not gonna lie. As far as "to the T" I dont measure my carb ups, I eat carbs and stop when im full or feel woozy, as the carb ups will do that to me. I also have to watch bloat, and when I feel it come on, I stop eating as well.

    NOTE ::
    I only gained 4 pounds on my carb up! YAY

    I had some pizza last night...trying to eat some carbs before I start my KETO!

    Yeah, really...they are more like burritos. She slow cooks the meat in a crock pot for 8 hours...with who knows what as spices. Then fills a tortilla up with the meat and cheese, rolls em, tops those with green sauce...more cheese and bakes them. They. Are. Amazing.

    Day 43 - Week 7

    First thing this morning, I took 4 BCAA capsules. I have had them from ON nutrition, and havent really used them, so I decided I will start taking them in the morning first thing.

    Ketocuts x2 30 mins before breakfast.
    Breakfast ::
    3 eggs, 1/4 avocado.

    4 NoBeta 30 mins pre workout, 2 scoops glutacene intra. After my carb up which was RIDICULOUS! I wanted to really blast my arms...and I also havent taken nobeta (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/do...ts/nobeta.html) since I started keto.

    Routine ::
    Rev BB curls + Skulls (superset)
    1x8 @ 50 + 8 @ 60
    1x8 @ 50 + 8 @ 60
    1x8 @ 45 + 8 @ 60
    1x8 @ 45 + 8 @ 60

    Hammer Curls + Close grip bench
    1x8 @ 27.5 + 8 @ 70
    1x8 @ 20 + 8 @ 70
    1x8 @ 20 + 8 @ 70
    1x8 @ 20 + 8 @ 70

    Cable Curls + Straight bar tri pushdown (single pulley)
    1x8 @ 90 + 8 @ 40
    1x8 @ 90 + 8 @ 50
    1x8 @ 90 + 8 @ 50
    1x8 @ 100 + 8 @ 60

    Dips (assisted)
    1x8 @ 155
    1x8 @ 140
    1x8 @ 140
    1x8 @ 140
    Was really proud of my dips, they are my best to date.

    Incline Press
    1x8 @ 50
    1x8 @ 55
    1x6 @ 55
    Totally hit failure in my third set

    Cable Cross
    1x8 @ 30
    1x8 @ 35
    1x7 @ 35
    Same thing, failure! Felt awesome

    Cardio ::
    30 mins cardio on precor Cross Training 1 setting.

    Notes on routine ::
    Wow...I have not had THIS AWESOME of a workout in...well, this I think was one of my BEST arm workouts. My arms were SO swole. My biceps were ginormous...my tris were shockingly big. After my incline presses...I cross my right arm over my chest (shoulder stretch) and I could not touch my arm to my chest. My pecs were so effin jacked...I couldnt get my arm close to my body...arnold is so right about the pump. You guys...you know...

    Post ::
    Whey with 5g glutamine, 5g creatine mono

    Lunch ::
    Wanna Be-ef Stroganoff (recipe from bate)

    Dinner ::
    1 chicken breast+wing with skin, 3 slices tri tip and 1 cup of broccoli with 1 Tbsp butter.

    Seriously...this was the BEST carb up...also, I actually think I got closer to my carb load by doing this then when I have been "good"...It showed in my training today...that was like...pre keto workout, though...I lagged a bit on chest.

    Amount of food: 8/10 (I could still eat, but would feel fine if thats all I had to eat)

    Taste: 9/10 (Wow...was super surprised, it was REALLY good...can only imagine the breaded one would be +1 better)

    Cost: 4/10 (Its a $5 sandwhich, I wouldnt make it a daily habit at all...but if I was on the run...and needed food...mos def.)

    Would I do it again? 10/10 (oh yeah, this is the shizzle for fast food eats)
