I gained 50 lbs of muscle in 3 years without steroid. (pics)
here is me when I start lifting. nothign special but still looked better than 99% of the misc.
Now look at me in the present, I am 50 lbs of muscle heavier, way stronger, and I look better overall.
Feel free to ask me for any lifting advices, or general information about how to gain muscle.
