Hello
I'm going to start a cutting for a month and a half. I am thinking of these supplements:
Currently taking:
Protein (sometimes whey, syntha 6, or nitro core, possibly muscle milk)
Creatine (micronized)
Fish Oil
multivitamin
Wanting to incorporate:
A meal replacement like Lean Mass Complex (college dorm meals times are bad)
A fat burner of some sort.
I have questions:
I'm 20 years old. The above supplements are fine for my age?
I hear people "stack" fat burners. Is this necessary? I'm thinking of just taking
REDuction or just SAN Scorch. What is stacking and is it beneficial?
Are these supplements fine to be taken together? I know nothing beats hardwork and a solid diet, but these are just to curb conflicts in the college dorm environment.
Thank you for your time and help.

for protein wise i would suggest ON whey since it has fewer calories and would help with your cut.
ive heard mix things about reduction. i want to try lean extreme sometime. it has been getting great reviews. you can also try out oxyelite pro if you wanted
and i dont think you need to stack fat burnersFollow me on instagram mcleod209

If you're surrounded by crap food, a solid meal replacement would be an easy way to go. You could also buy chicken breasts and stick them in the freezer.
As for a fat burner, at 20 years old you should have a decent enough metabolism to just cut back on calories from fat and simple carbs.
Try just a few simple things, ditch the beer, switch from whole or 2% milk to skim milk, ditch the white bread for whole wheat, during your cut loose the starches such as potatoes and corn but up your vegetables.
Swap out regular sausage and bacon for turkey sausage and turkey bacon and either loose the red meat or choose lean cuts of red meat while on your cut. Keep your protein levels up though.
Just try to knock out about 500 calories per day from what you normally eat and along with an increase in cardo (keep lifting too), the weight should come off.Taught by Dr. Squat himself back in the late 90s

Your supplements look fine, as stated above the ON 100% whey mixed with skim milk would be a very good choice on cut or re-comp cycle... heck it's pretty good on a bulk too!
Just to answer your question... as for stacking fat burners. Depending on what a person responds to, some do well on stimulant burners, others on cortisol blockers, others on dietetics, etc, etc some want to try several at once hoping one of them works... others are shooting for the cumulative effect.
I think that's the concept behind Animal Cuts, it has multiple pills, all with a different method of targeting fat loss for a cumulative effect. But no fat burner is going to do anything without proper diet and exercise. A fat burner is a supplement, it's only going to assist in fat burning, not do it for you.
At 20... I don't think you'd really need one but, you could always try... however, my advice is don't bother with it at 20.Last edited by acwild; 03-25-2010 at 10:32 PM. Reason: fix spelling
