    how long time to lose *pure* fat?

    I decided to go on a mini-cut to get down the bf% a bit. my calculations show I need to lose 5lbs of "pure fat" to get down to my bf% goal.
    how long should I expect this to take?
    I lift 5 times/week and do 2x20mins of LISS(morning+evening) 5 days/week. and I'm about 300cals below maintenance

    Depends on the person, situation, calorie restrictions, ect. If you can pull off the maximum of 1-2 lbs of pure fat a week it could take 4-8 weeks. With a restriction of 300 cals below maintenance 300x7 = 2100/3500, about 10 weeks, but adding in the factor of keto and so many other factors its so hard to say. I'm personally down about 15-20 pounds of pure fat within 8 weeks, but i have a high calorie restriction, and i started at 22-24 % bf

    thanks for reply and well done on your progress

    I'm keeping my cals around 1750-1850cals which is around ~400 cals below maintenance.
    and I'm around 15%..my short term goal is low 13%
    I think 6 weeks should be a enough time
