I already take protein, ZMA, glutamine and creatine and am a relatively new lifter.
Cheers!

Just use the protein and creatine. Look into a multi vitamin and fish oil. Nutrition and training is key.

Lol, yea, I'm only short. Like 5"3 or something.
I do take a fish oil daily aswell which I forgot to mention.
Is it also true that the body can only pack on so much muscle in any given time? so gains never come really quick?
I'm not really seeing any gains, and I've been working hard, eating well and sleeping good. but then again I've only been lifting seriously for like.. 2 weeks.www.want2bewealthy.com.au

hah, I came into this thread all ready to just say food.
But seriously; food, protein, multi, fish oil, creatine.
In that order."Don't ask for a lighter load, ask for a stronger back."
If I buy milk from the grocery store and get it home only to realize that the jug is expiring tomorrow...I sure as hell am not driving to punch a farmer in the face and tip his cow over.

Well, I say it because whole foods is where your growth is going to be coming from.
Protein is a quick fix in the morning and post workout.
Multi/fish oil are just good for overall bodily functions.
Creatine is good for additional energy when taken pre workout, and hydrates your muscles when taken post workout / throughout the day."Don't ask for a lighter load, ask for a stronger back."

How are you judging your progress? If you didn't already, take progress pictures.... if you're judging your progress by looking in the mirror you will never see a big difference. If you are just starting lifting, you will be surprised by how much change you will see right away.
And the others were right about the eating.... thats the biggest part.
