yeah my squat is 250 and my deadlift is like 200 yeah its pussy i know but at least im trying to get better and thats really all that should matter

Why is your deadlift lower than your squat, and barely higher than your bench?

i dont know nothing w\has every really been strong on me besides my biceps and triceps my chest is pretty weak and i just was able to do 400 on leg press which is only like 5 plates on each side so my legs have always been weak
basically the only strong thing on me is my biceps and triceps and my calves
