    ive heard those guys in the gym talking about an protien powder called russian bear so could u help me with some information about it ...thnx~~!

    You need to stop and think about what you're doing to yourself. You might get massive, but at what cost?

    Of those who use Russian Bear, only about 40% live through the ordeal. It is so anabolic that it feeds your muscles EVERYTHING in your body, leaving nothing for your normal organs. Some hardcore bodybuilders can deal with this temporary coma, but not all.

    its a mass gainer (using that term lightly, its like a hulk gainer lol) with copious amounts of calories per serve, only like 3 serves per container. its taken with milk ~2500 calories per serve.

    there are much better/more beneficial weight gainers out there, your body wouldnt be able to use all those calories, or if you were to use it daily you'd likely gain a fair bit of body fat when taken with your regular diet.

    I rather think it looks quite good for being a gainer, and I didn't find it likely that I would say that for any gainer.

    Sure the recommended serving sizes are crap and only for marketting but the formula looks quite decent? Just take 1/5 of a serving at most

    But food works to.

    am doing 2 serving with breakfast and another 1 after my work out every serving will contain 3 scoops 4 white eggs 1 banna and 1 table spoon oats and honey 1 table spoon micronized creatine!

    A gainer usually are whey + carbohydrates. This one got some other proteins and some vitamins and herbs and **** in it but I have no idea how effective all that extra crap may be.

    In the end a gainer is just a ****ty replacement for food for people who eat too little.

    Whey at too little food won't make you bigger. You need to eat more to gain weight no matter whatever it's from food or a weight gainer.

    And 2500 kcal like this one has is probably as much or more than your whole daily food intake atm.

    The only thing amazing about RB is the serving size they suggest you take. Other than that, it really isn't special compared with other gainers. If you have a hard time getting your calories in, go ahead, but you are better off (and healthier) making your own gainer with a blender using whey, milk, peanut butter, oats, possibly dextrose

    Just to let you Gus know, I ran Russian bear and the **** is Amazing! By far the best weight gainer I've ever taken. Before. I'm about to stack up on it again with my Trifecta stack and see how it goes. But just so you know bro this is the stuff to get to put weight on. I drank almost a gallon a day between 1-2 days, so one tub of russian bear last like a week. But it's not expensive it's 28$ a tub at vitamin shoppe. It's well worth it bro.

    Gotta remember 3 servings is 3 gallons of milk. Most average people would drink a gallon of milk spread out in like 2 days becase of other water intake plus food intake. So that would be 6 days for one jug so about 1 jug a week which is 28$. That's cheap for how good the product works. It's got serious protein and everything thing in it per serving plus It WORKS! Lol

    Dude be serious. That's my old stats, I've tried updating it won't change so I said hell with it. Plus I'm never on BB.com, I'm always on elite fitness.com. I'm 172 now, very lean. I don't know my exact BF%, have to get it checked at Golds.

    Russian Bear works great for me too, I'm 6'7" and 170 with a really high metabolism and it's hard for me to gain weight period. Other products do not work for me, but Russian Bear has been working out great!

    well if you took 360 grams of ANY weight gainer you are going to get copious amounts of calories.

    Hows the ratio of ingredients though? Say we used russian bear, but with a single scoop, or a single smaller scoop, then what?

    I dont think anyone would really take 1.3 lbs of weight gainer in one sitting.
