I can't stand casein :| I take 25g before bed, but can't I just add another 20g of whey PO or something? Proteins is proteins? I'm on a cut btw, if that got anything to say.

not necessary at all.. no protein is necessary before bed unless you want it before bed, lol. No reason to force it.

Of course, you could just eat any kind of dairy product instead, cc, milk, yogurt, cheese...
I am with you on the late night casein hate, drinking before bed just means I need to wake up and pee (yup, you all needed to know that).
I mix cottage cheese with milk protein. Sounds rough, but it tastes like cheese cake!
