REPOST: since no one reads the recovery section
I have been out of the gym for awhile; I finally ran into leg day, or rather it ran into me. Going on day 5 now I still have quite a bit of soreness and discomfort in my quads; even for not training for such a long time, I can't help but feel that this is a little long to be sore, especially since it is not markedly better since day 2.
How should I approach the up coming week of training? Today is Chest/Tricep, so I should not have to worry; but I ****ing love deadlift, and come wednesday I want to give it all I got.
Thanks for any help, reps to any particularly helpful posts.
