Lols, now that my cals are low enough the weight is melting off. Weight today is 133.6 lbs... noticed my calves looked WAY more cut this morning, so I measured and they're down to 13.75" hahaha, down 1/2" from 2 days ago. Actually, they were the same size when I first started weight training. Trust me though, with 7.75" ankles they look much bigger than 13.75", and oddly enough they look much bigger than they did when I started training. Even comparing to my father (who has 17.5" calves from years of running + much larger joints), they actually look very similar side by side despite the difference in measurement.
Do it *******!
Not sure exactly how much I spend on food offhand, but here are some foods I usually buy: frozen chicken breasts, lean steak, lean ground beef, whole wheat rotini noodles, rice cakes, veggies, cheese, natural peanut butter, apple juice (for PWO), olive oil, etc... I think that's most of it.
Thanks swole manlet cutie, but that's a freezer fuuuuuuu.

If it's not too much trouble, around how much of each do you buy (at least how much of the meat do you buy considering it's the most expensive)? And how many cals are you eating atm. RP has an automatic grocery list function, not sure how it works though, so I think it should give you the values
I'm 14 so I'm not going to have money to do it myself, want to have an approximate budget before I start using redpoint. Also, do you renew redpoint everytime you're switching diet or do you have it on all the timeLast edited by Delusional; 06-17-2010 at 01:41 PM.

Haha I just got done p/ming KB telling him how much I buy per week. Usually I buy 3 lbs of steak, 2 lbs of ground beef, and a bag of chicken every other week (I eat a lot more beef than chicken btw). Atm, cals are at about 2100-2400 depending on the day, but I just recently bumped them down 300 per day. I've never used the grocery list function actually, but I would guess it should make things easier for you.
I have it on all the time. If I constantly had the same diet, I would probably only use it once every few months since I can easily memorize how much of everything I eat, but since I'm always changing the # of cals I'm consuming I use it every month. You get billed automatically each month though unless you choose to leave Redpoint.
Hell yeah, just gotta lose the fat on my upper body.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

same haha im waiting until he competes. a guy made an interesting point though. as big as he is, his back is lagging/he comes in a bit flat if you check his most recent pics in his log. they correlated it to the max-ot training which makes sense. im not sure if kpipes will actually get first at the comp. IMO he has the size, but his back isnt up to par. back is a HUGE factor in natty competing. also, he said he doesnt even know if bbing (competition wise) is even for him, so if he doesnt like it/doesnt place well it will probably be his last show.
this is why im going to be switching to layne norton's power/hyper split on july 4 when i finish my cut: http://muscleandbrawn.com/layne-nort...d-hypertrophy/
dave have you ever heard of RJ Perkins? Steve @ m&b linked me to him, i have pretty much the same philosophy on training/diet as him.

No problem 0skr!
When taking shoulder girth, wrap the tape measurer around your shoulders and measure the largest point. With shoulder width (which you're referring to), take the width from the ends of each shoulder. The e-book described how to measure each body part in "Appendix A" I believe.
Yes I have, and as a matter of fact there was an interesting thread about him over @ the weightrainer forum.

Nope
Don't forget to use my referral code if you register.... uncle favori needs a few extra dollars for flavored condoms and cool whip next time you come over :*
Not for another week... I just found out today that I'm going on vacation Monday fuuuuuuu.
IA agrees with him on some routine info & the potential calculators.... don't know about everything else since he wasn't asked much more. There is a link to the potential calculators posted @ the Redpoint boards though, which he moderates.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

A fat favori is gonna be here by the time I get back haha. I have only had like one cheat meal in the last couple years and now I'm going to be eating multiple cheat meals daily for a week. This won't end well since I've been cutting, but sh!t I need to stop being so OCD all the time and a week won't be the end of the world.

I will be sure to carry my trusty cloth tape measure around so I can measure the wrists/ankles of females that catch my interest. I will proceed to plug in their #s into Casey's calculators using my iPod touch and give them the measurements they can expect to achieve once they get a sex transplant since women don't have the levels of testosterone to achieve these measurements. Of course, that would be defeating the purpose of the calculators since they are only for natural athletes . In other words, I'm pretty sure there is a 100% chance I'm getting zero pussy.

I can only dream lol, social skills aren't exactly my strong point. I will probably walk around with slightly flared lats (no douche) to make up for my crappy chest + flexed abs because I know there will be a lot of myspace ripped kids that are leaner than me.
Same here... I plan on going to bed 2:30 every single night and somehow end up sleeping @ 5:30 fuuuuuu.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193
