    Cutting training program?

    Hi. I am a beginner (have been training for a year) and I am on cutting period right now but I want something new (I currently do 3- day split) so I want to train on some specific training program (like 5x5 and etc). Could you tell me some which is good for the cutting period? I do 3-4 sessions of LISS and HIIT per week, my food is almost great so that I just want to change my training routine. I am 18yrs old, 5'11'' 156-7lb Thanks in advance.

    PS I have time for 3 weight trainings , max 4 per week

    If you are 156 lbs. at almost 6 feet tall, I would definitely consider bulking up a bit before you try to cut.

    I have fat on my legs mostly so that I want to cut it for my prom; I am considering bulking after that but at the moment the main goal is cutting. I don't care if I look quite skinny I want to be lean right now.
