it's up to you...some people prefer to bulk and cut within a certain BF range, like drop down to 10% then bulk up to 15%, then cut back down to 10% etc. and well it's almost summer, so if you wanna cut down for that and bulk afterwards is another option. as for my opinion, i'd say bulk for a while till you feel the need to cut.

Thanks guys. And to NBFan, I've never seriously bulked or cut because I was around 180lbs when i started and didn't know much so I lost a lot of fat and muscle from exercising. Now I'm stuck on where to go to cause I don't like how i have that belly in that side relaxed pic and I know my muscle mass sucks.
Edit: and currently i'm doing ws4sb3 program and vertical jump bible. i play basketball too

You're only 16. Many males continue to grow in height through 19 or even 20 years old. I know I did. Do you think you are topped out?
You shouldn't be in a rush to cut at your age and body fat level. Concentrate on eating right and lifting hard for another couple years. Be a shame to waste some of those raging hormones on a cut. Eat Right and Lift Heavy!

I'm 17(turning 18 in July)
Does this apply to me as well? my dad's side has a history of growing late(brother grew inch 1/2 in university).
When I started lifting I was at 175, bulked to 185 and about 2-3 months ago I started my cut and now I'm 176. I'm still a little chubby though, I don't really care about a 6 pack but I would like to get rid of my belly fat(aware that one can't spot reduce)
My plan is that once I attend university I will likely be intaking much more calories(caf food), so I can bulk then.
What do you guys think?
