Anything wrong with 1 hour cardio after weight lifting?

Well i like to do cardio a lot now, mostly on elliptical and high incline walking in treadmil, so my question is if i workout for like a hour and than do cardio for an hour like 5times a weak is there anything wrong with it? I could have a protein shake after workout too than do cardio, and i can't do cardio morning weights night etc.

Make sure you have a solid pre-workout meal (i.e. protein, slow and fast acting carbs, and a little fat) if you will be doing both in one session. If you can, it would be better to split up the cardio and weight sessions - IMO.

Nothing wrong with that. Just dont replace the calories you burned with more food.

I do this and it works wonders for me. I've been able to add 4 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks and lose 22 lbs of fat.
You got 6000? You know what to do.

I was doing 1 hour of liss before even lifting.

now I do 1/2 hour after lifting seems to work better since I can focus harder on lifting first and then tire myself out with cardio after and then get my protein shake in.

    Exclamation

If you exercise more than 90 minutes total, you should have a carb/electrolyte drink (during the work-out at the 90 minute mark). This will save more muscle and allow you to train harder.
Will that slow down fat loss? NO, unless you go over your caloric requirement for the day.

Pre, during and post work-out nutrition is the last place you want to deduct calories from no matter how severe your caloric deficit is.
