    I was in Chicago the last two days. Flew back to the T-Dot late last night.

    It was a bad trip for my training, but a good one for my career. Glad I went.

    I had to really back off on the heavy stuff, and aborted my last set of deads today.

    Lower back is feeling a bit dodgy.

    Leg press wasn't too spectacular, but OK.

    Hey, you could try being Mr. Rep Man!!!! like me Low weight & lots of reps outside of the [back] pain zone keeps things nice and warm until they heal up. You're a beast with those bigs squats and deads but it's hard to imagine that putting that much stress on them is giving the injury time to clear up. Now, I'm no MD and generally never know what I'm talking about so take that with a grain of salt! However it gets there, I hope you get to feeling better soon. Have a great weekend.

    Sorry to hear Jim. It may be time to try a different way. Maybe a plan to help your body get healed up. Hope your able to bounce back quickly.

    Had a good meal last night, got to bed early, and had a good sleep. Decent start to the training week this morning. Still had some back DOMS from doing DLs on Friday, so the first few sets of pulldowns were rough, but then they got better.

    Reasonably short workout today; 2 for back, 2 for chest, and I was able to do some very light incline barbell presses. Happy about that.
