You post a video of that then man. I have never seen anyone able to pull themselves back up without a push off. Very impressive.

I could do regular glute ham raises, but even those are pretty tough for me. I guess it depends on where on your leg you place the cushion. But doing a nordic unassisted ghr would be pretty crazy.

but there are countless athletes I train that can do multiple reps
