    unassisted natural GHR

    Can anyone here do one of these? I have only recently been able to do these. By unassisted I mean without using your hands to push yourself back up.

    I could do regular glute ham raises, but even those are pretty tough for me. I guess it depends on where on your leg you place the cushion. But doing a nordic unassisted ghr would be pretty crazy.
